Jeff Schoep

For more than two decades, Jeff Schoep was the leader of the largest neo-Nazi organization in the United States. Then, largely through deep conversations with Daryl Davis and other people of color, he experienced a profound internal shift that led him to walk away and rebuild his life around empathy and healing. Today, he is a leading voice on extremism, radicalization, cult psychology, and community healing. A core element of his work is “relational dialogue,” a methodology grounded in empathy, deep listening, and the psychology of human connection. He is the highest profile former white nationalist ever to walk away from far-right extremism in the U.S.
